      <image:caption>Trimukha Yoga is me Kerry. I hold Vinyasa, Yin and Chair Yoga classes in Bristol. I am a 500hr+ registered yoga teacher with the Yoga alliance and recently finished my education by studying at Bristol School of Yoga. Though I continue to expand my knowledge and understanding with self study. For you new faces to the community I am looking to introduce the benefits of a regular yoga practice to more working-class men. With the duties of the modern man being multi-faceted and on top of that to have the time, the space in the mind or energy to keep on top their own physical and mental well-being, it's a balancing act. This is where Yoga can play a role in the modern world. With the current stats around Men’s health being unbelievable I want more working class men in Yoga classes and offer them a tool that can reduce the stresses, physical and mental, that modern life brings. Trimukha means 3 faces and is linked to Ganesh the son of Lord Shiva. He is also known as the Remover of Obstacles. He is celebrated as a Hero of Strength, a Happy dancer and a sweet child. We can also see the 3 faces of our practice mind, body and breath.  But we can adopt these 3 faces principles to our modern lives with a face for us at work, a face we put on for home life and our actual face, YOU. A face for each role we play and we must learn how to wear all 3 and the obstacles that it brings.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Yoga for Better Sleep Wednesday 8:15pm via Zoom A 60 minute Yin Yoga class with long hold stretches and a gentle breathing technique to help calm body and mind. Use the comfortable things from home to create a calming environment. Pillows, blankets, yoga blocks and belts and of course a Yoga mat. Modify when you need to and class will end with Savasana. I will not guide you out but simply close the Zoom room so you can enjoy for however long you like. Camera on is optional and please mute before we start. Starts Aug 19th</image:caption>
