  • Yin Yoga

    Long hold stretching focusing on mobility of the back, hips and hamstrings. We adopt a simple breathing technique during each pose to help calm body and mind. This is a western science based class. A slower but still challenging class. All levels and genders are welcome.

    Chair Yoga can be a great way to strengthen the body and find flexibility from a seated position. Great for the older community and people with disabilities
